On-Air Blooper of the Day: Daylight may have come, but Harry Belafonte was sound asleep when it came time for his live interview on the early-morning edition of Bakersfield’s 29 Eyewitness News.
“This is your wake-up call,” prodded anchor Layla Santiago, but to no avail. “He’s taking a little nap.”
It seems technical difficulties were preventing Belafonte from hearing Santiago’s prompts.
